Does this mean my IG has been hacked ? Disabled?

I can’t log in ? Can’t reset password ? Can’t get to the secure my account page?
I’ve tried to get an email sent with a log in link and I can’t find any way to contact anyone to see what’s happened to my account?
Does anyone know what I can do to sort it out ? Thanks

Yes. Try getting on via a device that auto logs you in and change everything, passwords, emails etc they will have changed your password reset email to one they can use.

Change every single password for every single site that has that email/password combination. Especially if you use it for sites that hold sensitive or financial data.

I only have my phone and that did auto fill passwords but when I went to go on today I’d been logged out and then I can’t get back on even asking for a reset so I’m not sure how I can fix it

When I go to the support page For ‘my account has been hacked’ I put in my email and it’s says sorry this page is not available ? So I can’t seem to do anything

I would prioritise closing the account down and changing your passwords. Use a password manager and a randomised password generator. Also set up 2FA for all accounts. If one META account is compromised others are likely to be too

I can’t close it though as can’t get access? I’m not very good at things like this so don’t know what to do as every help page I try to get onto it’s saying it’s not available ?

He’s I tried them all and each time it takes me to a page and says that page isn’t available so I can’t get any further ! I’m on apple

I just googled it and it comes up so I assume so but I can’t log in and can’t get to any help pages or access the password reset

So I wouldn’t have had an email confirmation of a settings change ? I’m so confused and it’s odd I can’t get into any of the help pages ?

No. Not if they changed all the details in the account. They're pretty thorough.

Have a look into 2 factor authentication (it's where you need to confirm a code provided to a phone or email) and get it set up for all accounts where it's available. It will notify you when people try to log in.

Search for "have I been pwned" it should be the top result in Google to see what accounts have breached and which passwords are compromised

Did you get any messages on Instagram from anyone asking you to send them a link at all? A lot of hackers message people and friends hacked accounts with a 'link' they've text you and if you send them the link that has been sent to your phone that's how they get in.

I've had these messages often.
"Hello I’m contesting for an ambassadorship spot at an online influencers program can you please vote for me🙏"
They send ask for the code you receive, this is the verification they need to change your email address and then ultimately hack your account.

My account was hacked and i can’t get it back but thanks for Synacktx on Instagram,he help me recover my account back and I got it back
