Recommendations please

We are travelling to the West Country on Friday, and need recommendations for a lunch stop somewhere off the M4 near Reading. We will have the dog with us, so it has to be dog friendly. We don't need anything posh/fancy, a basic cafe, farm shop, pub or garden centre will be fine, as long as they let dogs in.

We'd prefer to not stop for longer than an hour if possible, so nowhere miles from the motorway/Reading.

Any recommendations please?
