Butlins question

We want to book a Butlins Bognor holiday and need to know how stringent they are with what guests are there with you.

We (DH, DD and I) want to book an apartment for a Mon-Fri break with another family. The other family can only come Weds-Fri. Firstly, are they funny about every member of a party checking in on day 1 or can people arrive later?

Second, if we had our way, my parents would come and stay in the apartment Mon and Tues. Would that be in the slightest bit possible or do they give you your wristbands on day 1 and they're non-transferable and that's it? I'm a bit confused about Bognor because the FAQs on their website say that you don't need to wear a wristband at Bognor. But if there are no wristbands how do you show you're allowed in?

if they are on the booking form they can come and go whenever, when you book in (only lead booker needs to do this) they will give you a pack with wristbands and paperwork in and you put them on yourselves so just keep theirs until they arrive. you may need to meet them at the front gate to give them this so they can get in to the car park

oh as for the swapping guests, im not sure as the wrist bands are none transferable but could always ask and say you will come to security/reception to remove parents wristbands and hand them over?
the last few years we have always had to wear wristbands but they dont seem to check them much only glancing at the qr codes for the booking of shows pretty much
