VINTED- QUESTION OVER COMBINING POSTAGE

Sorry for the caps.

I've sold two items to the same buyer. I didn't set anything up for combined postage when I listed as I couldn't see how to do it (I'm new to Vinted) and I didn't expect someone to buy both items.

Buyer hasn't asked for combined postage but I feel a bit mean charging for two items (tops) to the same address. I'm sending Royal Mail as that works better for me.

Is there anyway I can change the postage options and charge one fee now?

I think it's on the buyer to request a bundle, you'd then confirm the parcel size and Vinted would add the necessary postage. (Sometimes bundles can be requested/offered at a discounted price.)
As they've opted for Royal Mail you can post in one package (Evri would have generated different labels per order and if you don't use the proper label, the system thinks you haven't posted it). Then it's up to you if/how you wanted to offer a refund but this would need to be outside Vinted I think.

Thanks! I'm just learning with Vinted having moved over from ebay.

I only offer Royal Mail as Evri in my area has lost a lot of parcels and I don't trust them.
