lG washer dryer keeps coming up with IE error code. Upon investigation we followed the recommended trouble shooting codes. The IE code seems to indicate the machine cannot get enough water in. But each time the fault appears the machine is full of water.
Technician on phone from company did troubleshooting over phone but no luck so they are sending someone out in the next couple of days.
Just wondering in desperation if it's something we can fix ourselves.
Things we have done so far: changed pipe, cleaned filter.
Wondering if there is no fault getting the water in but it thinks there is? A fault with the programming? Anyone else had this issue?
I'm at home with an upset tummy and have two small DC so can't be without my washing machine haha
