I have a very active 7 year old boy. In a week he plays football twice (one training and one match) gymnastics, swimming and is a keen biker so will go to the mountain bike park and skate park at the weekends for hours. He is constantly on the go. Great that he's active but the child is always hungry!!
Does any one have any healthy (ish) snack ideas?
For breakfast he has 2 or 3 crumpets with peanut butter and sliced banana, fruit snack at break time, hot school lunch, then after school he typically has a plate of apple, nuts, cheese, crackers, celery and humous. He will always ask for more. Dinner, Pudding and then will ask for some supper before bed which will be another large snack plate.

Is he drinking enough. Many children mistake thirst for hunger.
