DD is distraught as she has seemingly lost all her spreadsheets on Google sheets due to not updating her payment details in time. She is ND and really struggles with understanding emails etc, and while I normally help her, this one seems to have slipped through the net.
She got an email a week ago saying to update details (she changed bank account). Then she got another today saying her Google account is now closed and from what I can gather, that's because she didn't update within the 7 days grace period. I only found out about the email last week when I read this morning's email.
To say she is distraught is an understatement 
She has spent the past 2 years working on a certain spreadsheet purely for her own interest, it has helped keep her calm during some difficult times.
I have searched and searched and am pretty sure there is nothing that can be done to recover it, but thought I'd ask on here first before I have to break it to her that it's gone for good.
