Viakal and Bleach

Help I am panicking! I was giving the shower room a blast and had sprayed flash bathroom cleaner with bleach on the tiles, then picked up the viakal and sprayed on top as saw loads of watermarks - instant horrid smell so I quickly rinsed it all away and opened the window and shut the door but now I have googled and am panicking that my lungs are slowly dying inside me... my throat feels hot and scratchy and eyes are stinging - what should I do? Just air the space and let it ride out??

You've done the right thing with the windows and doors.
If you eyes/throat hurt, and you have a second bathroom, I'd have a shower. If not, I'd get outside and see how you are in 10 mins well away from the fumes.

Thank you - I have put the extractor fan on and closed the bathroom door to try and stop anything spreading around the house - is that the right thing to do? How long will it be til it is ok?

If my throat still feels hot after a while will it just get better over time?

You will be fine! It do this regularly with bleach and toilet cleaner.

3 minutes should be fine to clear the chlorine gas!

Makes me feel like an alchemist!

Missed the bit about the throat and eyes. Call 111 now. Cold compress and iced water x

And if I have breathed it in - will my body just dissapate it - if it was going to make me ill - would it be instant?
