OK this is meant to be light hearted. Mine is soda bread. I took to bread making in lockdown (as so many did) and have kept at it but I find it takes a bit of forward planning to make sure I have a loaf ready to eat at the right time. So I was thrilled recently to discover soda bread which you can be sitting down to eat only an hour or so after you start to make it!
