What's your go to remedy for a stinking cold?

We're all red nosed and snotty so I'm making a big pot of chicken noodle soup. DH is for chicken and rice soup but that's wrong imo

Echinacea

Sudafed/paracetamol & plenty of drinks (hot or cold - for me usually tea, peppermint tea or lemon squash or water) in the day.
Hot bath in the evening then Night nurse before bed.

I've got the worst cold ever right now. The only thing that helps is sitting in a hot steamy bath with a hot flannel on my face, breathing in the steam.
