Lone working. Haven't seen a soul since I got here at 9.30.... 4pm seems a long way away!

We are bored too. We have three nurses, two support workers and only one patient. All
Other wards fully staffed and co one wants any help. We had a McDonald's breakfast and the wars had been scrubbed!
