Help with descaling my dolce gusto machine please

I got a second hand dolce gusto jovia machine for free. I’ve done the clean and descale but I’m still getting lots of lime scale and black bits coming out . What am I doing wrong?

I would clean and descale again. Maybe the previous owner never bothered and there's a build up inside.

Keep descaling, I use vinegar in my Nespresso

How do you descale the dolce gusto, I've never done it either

Thanks :) I will do another cycle in the morning of both the clean and descale. I’ve already done litres of water on the descale but may need another go with the solution.

I always use a capful of white vinegar with a full water tank and run it into a jug until the water tank is empty.
Then run a tank of water through into a jug after.
It gets rid of all the scale in one go.
