Noodle soup

Chocolate spread on rye bread.

I've just had toast on Banana nothing too exciting.

Bacon, eggs, avocado, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, carrot and radishes for some crunch

It's not lunchtime.its barely been breakfast!😁

I haven’t had any breakfast never mind thinking about lunch.

Breakfast.

Only on late breakfast here, poached eggs on toast with chilli flakes !

Chocolate hobnobs dunked in tea.

Left over stew from yesterday, my toddlers just asked for jacket potato - which he eats with just butter.

I’m on the way to McDonald’s 😃

Omelette with onions, peppers, Quorn ham and mozzarella, with some tenderstem broccoli. It's my first meal of the day though as I'm doing 16:8 fasting.

I'm going out for lunch. DH and I are in Glasgow for the day and he is treating me to a lovely lunch.

Breakfast
Peanut butter and honey on granary toast, filter coffee with milk

Bagel with sausage patty, egg, spinach,peppers mushroom & cheese. It's amazing

Ham and cheese toastie.

I'm starving(I never eat breakfast) but I can decide. I might just go for cheese on toast because it is easy and I'm smothered with a cold right now.

Mackerel in tomato sauce on brown toast

Probably eggs and toast with variations- scrambled for one DS, poached for another, maybe boiled for me! Definitely lunch here - swimming lesson at 8am does our Saturday in!
