DH's car went into the garage the other day and we were commenting how good their service is. You ring up, they book it in, they come and collect the car (when they say they will), ring you if they find anything that might cost more, drop it back at the end of the day (when they say they will). The business is run by two blokes in their fifties who previously worked for one of the big main dealers. They are professional, honest and not over priced. I never ever feel like I have a reason to doubt the work they suggest (which is rare) or the price they charge. When DH was thinking about changing his car a while back they even gave a bit of advice about that which helped him decide what to do. It's how I would expect a garage to run but DH were marvelling about how rare it is to get this service and how much easier it makes that little bit of our lives.
Does anyone else have something like this or dreams of a mythical service they wish could access?
