I mistakenly triplicated an order with Trinny London. Got a returns code and Royal Mail arrived to collect the parcel with the label. The return was received by the company Friday 3rd march according to Royal Mail tracking. I contacted them yesterday to chase the refund and they’ve no record of the return being received. I emailed across a screenshot of the tracking info showing received at their address, with the tracking info showing both their return code and the tracking code itself, so it all links to it being my parcel. They’ve mailed to say best with them whilst they speak to their returns team. I think this is unacceptable - if the parcel has gone missing it’s after they’ve received it so their problem not mine. Is there anything I can do if this drags on?
