Can I say something? Neighbours dogs

Last year we got new neighbours, thankfully not attached to us. There are a lot of them living in a relatively small house, parents adult children and their partners. They are all very loud!
When they moved in they had large dog, no bother, we have a dog too. They now have 2 new young dogs too, these dogs are out in the garden at half 6 every morning and at about midnight, barking on and off the whole time. They are driving me nuts and wake me up every day. We have good double glazing but can still hear it and very aware in summer we won't very able to have the window open with this noise.

Should I say something? I have a lot of tough stuff going on right now so appreciate this may be winding me up more than it should.

You could speak to them, or not. Nobody online will tell you whether it will help. My thought is if they are letting their dogs out at that time in the morning and allowing them to be noisy then they aren't considerate of their neighbours and I'm not sure how they would take it you bringing it up with them. Nothing worse than starting beef with neighbours if u know what I mean

I agree with pp
If they were responsible decent people they wouldn’t let their dogs do it in her first place

Not that it helps the situation
