I won an item which was for collection only (no postage option given). I've messaged twice since the auction ended to ask when I can collect, I've heard nothing back.
Ebay is prompting me to pay for the item, which I have zero issue with, but the fact that the seller isn't communicating with me, concerns me. I'm a long term ebay user and understand that I could claim a refund should the item not be collected, but would it make it more difficult because both the seller and I could argue that I did / didn't collect the item?
The item isn't particularly high value, so that isn't the main issue here, it's the fact that they've just not replied to either of my messages and I have no other way of getting in touch.
