I’m tempted I’m not going to lie, I’m really
struggling with my weight and my BMI is now over 30.

Im an emotional eater and been through a hard couple of years and gained a stone.

Tempted to try Saxenda but wondering if anyone else had tried it? Good / bad reviews?

@Itsrudemeghan

I agree with you! It takes away the constant obsession with food. What can I have? When can I have it? I shouldn't have that? All those feelings ...just gone!
Makes me wonder if this is how slim people feel all of the time and why people with no food issues say "well just eat less". It's because it's so easy for them to "just eat less" !

Started 2 weeks ago BMI 39 so very high.

Have lost 1 stone in 2 weeks.

Bought online and have been ok on it. Really surprised at how it affects your appetite. You still to to watch what your eating, it won't make you lose weight, it just reduces your appetite so you can eat less

@Itsrudemeghan do agree with what you said, I wonder if slim people always feel like this?

I think some people must feel like this, I honestly didn’t believe my brain could feel that way about food. I am constantly thinking about what I want, whether I can have that, what I can have next, what I can have for dinner, should I bake. I was just mostly indifferent to food whilst on it, but not disinterested. I just wasn’t drawn to food in the same obsessive way.
