DH snores. Very loudly.
He sleeps in the spare room otherwise I can't sleep and get very anxious and want to murder him.
We still have sex, he just goes in the other room to sleep.
But I miss him & he's sad about not sleeping with me.
Has anyone found anything to help?
We've tried ear plugs - i still hear him and they hurt my ears.
We've tried the headband/ earphone things. I still hear him.
A strap thing to hold his moth shut - pinged off.
A mouth gurgling thing - still snores.
Nasal strips - useless.
He's been to the Dr. Who said "stop drinking and lose weight" he hasn't done this.
I know. He needs to take the Dr's advice.
I suppose I am just wondering if there's anything else we could try?
