Can I put something else in?

I've bought the vax spot cleaner the one you can do carpets sofas car seats etc with. Upholstery cleaner. Can I put any upholstery cleaning solution in it? The vax one is expensive.

We had the full-sized carpet cleaner and it was OK with other non-foaming brands, but it might invalidate your warranty!
