How do you become one of those people who breathe out perfume smell?

You know when you meet someone and they smell absolutely divine that it's like they are actually breathing out their perfume smell? How do they do that? I feel like a few spritz of perfume don't do that for me at all. Even if I spray some in my hair. How do they do it? Are you one of those people? I want to be that person.

Depends on the perfume I think! Chanel perfumes seem to do it.

Don't know but I hate that. I had to move in the cinema last week away from a woman who was breathing perfume 😣.

Oh I just love it. There's something so comforting about it. I think it must remind me of the older ladies in my life as a child. My religious studies teacher had the best, all encompassing, comforting smell. Sometimes I smell it and it takes me right back. If only you could Shazam a smell...

I think it comes from layering the smell.

So a scented body lotion, good deodorant and a light spritz of the perfume back of the neck and arm creases.

Clean clothes probably help too.
