I've been to the doctors today after a few days of bad pain in arms and legs. He was unclear of what the problem is but has booked me in for a blood test and suggested I work from home this week to avoid over straining.

All fine, but I wanted to ask your advice. I always turn to junk food when I'm home alone. Even if there's none in the house, I'll always find a way to get some.

I would love some ideas for quick healthy filling meals to stop me snacking through the day when I'm working. Also, I have a day off tomorrow and am worried that without work, I'll have no distraction and therefore slob about eating. I'd also appreciate some ideas on balancing rest and keeping busy. Sitting for prolonged periods of time is making moving around so much harder but I also want to be careful not to overexert. So far, I'm thinking, I'll try to eat enough to avoid excessive snacking and I'm going to read a book and factor in lots of breaks to have a move around. Any more ideas or support would be lovely.
