Please help me plan a (complicated) holiday!

This is going to sound... Complicated haha.

I need somewhere halfway/ish between the UK and NZ.

All inclusive preferable.

Relaxing and semi-luxury but also the ability to go out maybe for a tour or to see the surrounding areas.

3 adults.

1 is more adventurous
2 like to eat and relax.

Budget approx £5k for 7 days for all 3 people.

Would prefer to stay in one place the whole time.

Thailand and Malaysia are off the list.

Thank you!!!

This is a complicated trip with a very dysfunctional mother after my father's death, so I'm trying to find the best place for everyone to feel happy!

Vietnam.

My dh researched and came up Lahana Resort Phu Quoc www.agoda.com/lahana-resort-phu-quoc/hotel/phu-quoc-island-vn.html?cid=1844104

We never went because of covid. The resort just has breakfast (not AI) but from the reviews there are lots of eateries within walking distance which the foodies will appreciate not being restricted to the hotel food.
