Not a recipe but itsu brilliant broth ( the chicken one) with udon noodles, prawn, chicken, Pak Choi and broccolini. Takes 3 mins.

I prefer rice noodles to thicker noodles, I like this Singapore noodle recipes, I tend to add water chestnuts because I love them and might include chicken or prawns depending on how hungry I am!

Any form of meat/veg Laghmen is my go to, other than that a Laksa curry.

Ohn no khao swe - just pure comfort food. My late husband's cousin make the best version ever. Even though she has shown me how she makes it (so the family recipe) mine is never a good!

Drunken noodles but I never make them myself, it's a favourite to order when eating Thai.
