Indented chickenpox very recent scars - anything to help?

My son has some indented scars from very recent chickenpox. I’m currently putting aloe Vera on them but is there anything else I can do to try and encourage the skin to regrow?
Silicone cream? Strips?

Replying to see the answers I've got a scar on the bridge of my nose from chickenpox when I was a child

DD (22) has scars from when she had chickenpox at 9 years old.

Not sure about how to deal with the indentation in particular, but with any scarring you need to avoid the sun as much as possible so that eventually the skin will not be a different colour , so high SPF, and if it’s very localized you may even want to put a plaster or a bit of surgical tape on top for a few months.

Also, Avene Cicalfate creams are good for scars, I used one of the variants on an oil burn on my face and it helped a lot.
