Hey, i'm a yoyo dieter and its so frustrating. I aways end up going back to weightwatchers, just because i know how it works with points, app etc. but then i get bored and find myself giving up. I need to loose around 2 stone to be where i want to be. I've seen the calorie diet works well but i wondered if there was any dieters on here and if so whats working well for you?
i struggle in the evenings & love pizza lol
