Hey, i'm a yoyo dieter and its so frustrating. I aways end up going back to weightwatchers, just because i know how it works with points, app etc. but then i get bored and find myself giving up. I need to loose around 2 stone to be where i want to be. I've seen the calorie diet works well but i wondered if there was any dieters on here and if so whats working well for you?
i struggle in the evenings & love pizza lol

I have lost a stone using the slimming world principles ie lots of veg, some protein and a small amount of carbs plus no snacking between meals. I’m also tracking my steps and try to do at least 7000 a day. To prevent boredom eating in the evening (my downfall) I have started a knitting project which I am enjoying and it definitely helps! If you want to eat pizza just have one or two slices with a large plate of salad, that will hopefully prevent the cravings.

I’ve just started the new you plan a few days ago. It’s a VLCD one and I thought I’d hate it but i was desperate. I’m so happy I tried as it all tastes amazing 🤣 I’m just trying to get through the first 6 days by having an extra pouch (so 5 in total) as apparently that’s when it gets easy as you go into ketosis and you feel sharp again and not hungry. But saying that I have just decided that it’s hard being unhappy in my current size and it’s hard getting through 6 days of trying to distract myself from snacking 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know I’d rather go through the 2nd hard for 6 days instead of what could be months or years being sad and self conscious about my belly :(

ive tried slimming world before and didn’t get on with it and I’ve done calorie counting which worked amazingly when my children were very little but I just couldn’t get back on it with having to prepare them appropriately 59726626727383 meals and snacks a day 🤣 so this is it for me it has to work!
