Hi guys I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and trying to roughly work out how much pay I'll receive during my maternity leave so I can start budgeting. I've worked for the same trust for almost 3 years so qualify for OMP and SMP.
so I understand mat pay enhancements are worked out from 17-25 weeks of pregnancy....from weeks 21-24 I will have been on annual leave, I get Afc absence (holiday) pay on my wage slips - will this be accounted for in my maternity pay does anyone know? Or is it just worked enhancements that go towards? I've also claimed mileage in these weeks which goes directly onto my wage slip... I'm assuming this is not accounted for?
