The Boiler Room Guildford - best place to pick up?

Hi, anyone here familiar with the area at all?

My teen and friends are going to an event here and will need a lift home. They are making their own way there but for various reasons a lift home, rather than train, is the better option, so mum taxi it is (I don't mind at all).

I'm wondering where the best place is for me to arrange to pick them up from? The venue website is suggesting nearby carpark but I really don't want to be hanging around in a car park late at night 😫so am wondering if there are any nearby roads that might be non-residential passes perhaps? I don't know the area at all.

Anyone?

Take the venue advice, honestly it'll be easier than trying to drive round the very narrow, residential roads around the boiler room.

It’s directly opposite Waitrose. You can park there easily.

Isn't Waitrose carpark locked at night?
