Has anyone bought "resale" tickets on Ticketmaster

If so, how did you get the tickets and did they take long.
Bought tickets for an event a week today and I've had confirmation email just saying they will be in touch about the tickets but nothing else, it's a week today so I'm panicking a bit

Yes I bought a resale ticket last year. It took a couple of days for them to come through I think. If you’ve received the confirmation I’m sure it will all be fine.

How ling before the event did you wait until you received tickets. I'm really panicking now and there is not way other than email to get hold of anyone
