If you have, did you rate it? I was just looking on the website and it looks gorgeous - was going to book then thought I'd look at trip advisor, and the manager seems to respond to any review that is less than five stars with what can only be described as aggressive defensiveness. I've never seen anything quite like it! It's put me off a bit as it's made me think that if we had an issue while we stayed, we would be given similar treatment! It also seems like a bit of a strategy to ensure you only get five star reviews, so it makes me wonder if all the five star reviews actually stand...
I'm hoping to get the views of people who have stayed there to see what kind of stay they had?
