A house near me has just gone on the market. It's a very ordinary 3 bed 1980s semi. No period features, nothing particularly redeeming about it. The tag line on the for sale sign says "heavenly extension". I rushed onto the website expecting to see a cherub adorned gold ceiling or a luxury opulent bathroom. Nope, it's just an extra 10 feet added onto the living room 🙄. I cannot fathom why anyone would have come up with 'heavenly' to describe it. Is this a thing now?
