I normally renew my membership over the phone, as I have to request a companion card for my son’s carer.
I’ve tried numerous times to phone the last fortnight and not got through, sent an email 10 days ago, and have had no reply.
I did renew it online and payment was taken immediately and new card sent within 3 days.
anyone else tried contacting them and had a response ?
