I go on holiday 4 weeks today 😁🌞 so excited!
Have been doing quite well with diet/exercise the last few weeks but would like to give a big push the next 4 weeks! I really don't want to feel 'bleurgh' when we get there.
Need to keep on top of healthy eating, plenty of exercise, drinking lots of water.
Also a couple of face masks a week, and following a daily skincare routine.
