Anyone fancy a 4 week glow up?!

I go on holiday 4 weeks today 😁🌞 so excited!

Have been doing quite well with diet/exercise the last few weeks but would like to give a big push the next 4 weeks! I really don't want to feel 'bleurgh' when we get there.

Need to keep on top of healthy eating, plenty of exercise, drinking lots of water.

Also a couple of face masks a week, and following a daily skincare routine.

Ooh count me in! Have been making an effort on the skin care but need to be accountable for diet and exercise.

Have got so much booked for this year, little breaks away, so would like to be fitter! 😊

Think I'll write a daily checklist, and hopefully be able to come back here every night and tick everything off 🤞🏻

So, starting tomorrow:

Skin routine AM
Skin routine PM
60 minutes exercise
2 litres of water
Intermittent fasting (12pm-8pm)

If I think of anything else I'll add it tomorrow!

Sorry posted too soon!

Completed skin care morning and evening
Drunk 1.5 litres of water
No snacks
Made the effort to make a breakfast smoothie
Eaten a decent evening meal
Put calendar reminders on my phone to remind me to change HRT patches on time

Really should have exercised but so tired today.

I'm in! I've lost 2 1/2 stone since October but most of it before Christmas. I've not really managed to get my head back in the game. I can do four weeks.

Well my week started off poorly (various reasons make Mondays hard/easy to make excuses). This was my list yesterday, been fully honest to keep myself accountable...

Skin routine AM ❌
Skin routine PM ❌
60 minutes exercise ❌ (45 mins)
2 litres of water ✔️
Intermittent fasting (12pm-8pm) ✔️
Healthy eating ❌

I'm aiming for a much better finish today 💪🏻

I'm going away with friends in 4 weeks so this will be great.
I'm also doing intermittent fasting but tend to eat anything in my eating window.
I need to make healthier choices.

My list is

Intermittent fasting
5 fruit and veg portions
2 litres water
5 km walk
10 mins weights
Skin care

My plan is

• stick to my weight loss plan as close to 100% as I can
• sort out my gym membership once I get paid
• 2 litres of water per day
• skin care routine (I'm really good at my morning one but shocking at the evening one!)
• vitamins and hrt done properly every day
• cut back a lot on alcohol

Todays list...

An improvement! But still aiming for all ticks tomorrow. Also, although I've ate healthily, I had far too much of my evening meal so really must be more mindful of my portions if I've any hope of shifting a few lbs.

I've woke up and gave myself a big pep talk this morning! 26 days until we go away and I want to feel GOOD Grin

Hair as well, if I'm going on holiday where it's likely my hair might not be treated too well I make sure to do an overnight mask and scalp exfoliate etc!

@Starflecked that's a good idea! I keep meaning to look at easy styles too, so that my hair is out the way but still looks 'nice'.

Yesterday was a write off other than skin care 🙈

Dinner will be healthy
