Anyone bought tickets on Ticketmaster

Bought tickets on Ticketmaster. Received email to say they have been bought and will hear soon about how I will receive tickets. The event is in a week. I'm just panicking a bit... anyone else bought tickets from
Ticketmaster for an event with not much notice

Do you not have the app usually when I buy from ticketmaster they load straight into the app.

You won't receive the tickets until a couple of days before for most events. Ticketmaster will send you an email telling you when to expect them soon.

We went to a gig last week where you had to download the app for the venue, then log in with your ticketmaster log in and the tickets were in there.

Ticketmaster and AXS use an app where they'll send a QR code

Which makes the fees you pay to them even more of a joke!

I've just downloaded the app, thanks. My tickets aren't ready yet, for June, so that's fine.

I've got the app and I bought the tickets via the app but my tickets are not showing there, hopefully I'll hear from them soon, it's a week today the event

Thank you, is this the same even if the tickets have been re-bought, they were bought via resale through Ticketmaster

Sorry I should have made it clearer; the tickets were sold via re-sale but bought via Ticketmaster
