Miscarriage or blood clot? TMI PIC

Boyfriend came inside last Saturday on the 26th, got the morning after pill on Monday. In January I got my period on the 26th, 26th of this month came by no period, got the pill on the 27th as they were shut on the Sunday. He warned me that the pill only stops ovulation, and if it's past that point in my cycle, which it was, it might not work. I've had back pain the past 2 days, last night I suddenly felt really sick, this morning I started bleeding which I assumed was my period, my cramps were more severe than usual but he also said it can delay my period and make the symptoms worse. So obviously I've assumed this is what's happened. Until I just went to the toilet and saw this on my pad. I'm so sorry for all the tmi but I'm concerned that this could be a miscarriage?

That just a blood clot. A miscarriage is lighter in colour and more ‘tissue’ like from what I can recall.

Yes, just a clot. You probably feel a bit ropy too as the morning after pill is no picnic! Look after yourself.

Thank you so much, I've never taken it before so I didn't really know what to expect definitely didn't realise it was going to affect me like this, I've also developed a bad cold in the days since taking it which now I'm wondering if it's contributed to making it worse, and the feeling sick two days in a row (not actually puked) as I never really get or feel sick at all, and my back is also killing me. Just everything together while not knowing it really caused any symptoms of its own worried me so thank you
