So dd ex got out of prison almost 2 weeks ago . He's spent 10 days constantly harassing and finding ways to contact her. With a mixture of threats and I'm not angry with you type messages. There is a restraining order which he has now broke over 200 times . Police were not taking it seriously at first until other professionals got onto them. Dd ex went to his probation officer . She let Police know he was there and they never turned up. 🤬. Then they tried to arrest him at the place he's staying he was not in. And his neighbours told him Police had come . He spent another couple days messaging dd. Saying how he's now on the run and threated dd for her grassing.

As far as we know he does not know where she lives but as a precaution she's got to stay with me until he's arrested. She has to cabs everywhere until he's arrested.

Oddly he's not made any contact for around 18 hours very unusual. Feels a bit unsettling.

That sounds horrendous. Have you contacted women's aid? They may be able to offer advice.

They had an alert put on my friends address when she was the victim of domestic abuse. So that the police were aware she was high risk.

I would be making sure that you can lock a bedroom door/barricade the door easily if he has a history of violence.

Everything is in place. There's a marker on my address and hers for fast response. There also silent alarms and extra locks ect. She has good professional help and family support as well .

Saw your previous threads, I hope you and your daughter get respite from this man. Hopefully if he was released under licence he gets recalled. Must be very scary having to have all those things in place because of him. Hopefully everything turns out right for you both.

Its not under licence. But there's is a warrant out for his address. They want to charge him with breaking restraining order and hoping for a stalking charge . If will be a whole new sentence depending on judge
