You know those spray mops you get now? Is there a squeegee version? I have found a triangular one but it's rubbish - there must be a better version?

Actually my rubbish triangular one isn't even a spray one, just a squeegee one! Pictures attached (just to make things even more exciting!)

Ooh following with interest saddo. I've been watching some YouTube cleaners who seem to work miracles with squeegee mop + micro fibre cloths.

Hello fellow saddo :)

Oh I'll join, this is right up my alley😄. I'm a cleaner by trade- post construction. The best mop I've found is a flathead microfiber. What really makes the difference is the floor cleaner. The best ones are the industrial cleaners with some amonia in them. Really picks up the dirt & dust and doesn't leave the floor streaky

@WhatFlavourIsIt where does one get the industrial cleaner from? And what do you do about wringing out your flathead microfibre mop? (What has my life come to that I'm talking mops on a Friday night?!)

Following with interest manifest mockery of, and obvious superiority to, you saddos.

Sorry I fell asleep, waiting for my daughter to get home from work. Depends where you are. Just look up Janitorial supplies or commercial cleaning suppliers near you. I order a really good one from Amazon called Once N done. It's very concentrated so it lasts for ever. I go through a lot of mop heads, change it out frequently. You can kind of rinse it out and re use but I find it's more likely to streak that way. Warning it doesn't smell the best, smells a bit like window cleaner but it's the best stuff I've used so far.

Hah! You won't be mocking when we have the squeegiest of squeegee mops, and the shiniest of shiny floors. Don't be running to me to borrow my superior equipment!

Thank you - hope your daughter is safely home :).

I'm place marking for the floor cleaner recommendations. But I'm afraid I'm opposed to mops in all forms. I clean all the floors on my hands and knees with cleaning cloth and bucket. Smile
