How to quickly get rid of a cough

I was absolutely fine. Just a bit of a cold and then all of a sudden this annoying dry cough appeared. I really need to get better by next week. Any tips?

i wish i knew i have had a snotty cough for weeks it just wont budge .Its destroying my bladder control rip

Old fashioned honey and lemon in hot water with paracetamol is the best thing I know to ease a cough. If I knew a cure I'd be rich 😆

I have to travel by train on Monday for 2h one way and then back. I'm worried people with think I'm leprous 😬 so annoying
