How much sleep?

Maybe this should be on a health board but couldn't see where to post.
Just wondering what time people tend to go to bed & get up at?
Genuinely interested as a few people at work have mentioned to me that they don't think I get enough sleep - it just came up in general chit chat & tbh when discussed I was shocked at the difference in my sleep schedule compared to theirs - so just wanted to see what the story is beyond my work group.

Usually go to bed with the DC at 8/8.30. Get up at 6.30-7.
Work nights too though and get about 5/6 hours in the day.
I think it still averages about 10 hours a night.

Wtf are people doing til 12/1am every night?? Go to bed!

I generally go to sleep around 10:30-11:30 and wake up around 5. Average is 6 hours or so of sleep. My goal is 8 but that very rarely happens.

I try to keep the same nightly routine. So start night jobs about 10pm, cleaning litter trays, give cats a treat, straighten cushions and leave living room tidy, close the door (no cats allowed overnight, they chew the blinds 😂) empty dishwasher make tea to take up.
In bed for 10:30 after checking on kids then asleep by 11pm awake for 6:30-7am depending on when our 3yr old foster son awakes.

I'm a night owl and love midnight and the early hours. I think going to bed early is a waste of time but then again I'm usually tired in the mornings 🤣

DD goes to sleep late for her age 😬 and I need adult time after that.
I sleep 12:30am til 7:30pm. An early night for me is before midnight! If I didn't have to do the school run or go into work my ideal would be 1:30am til 9am.

They say you should get 8 hours sleep per night, but everyone is different. I need at least 8 hours or I feel awful (and I am a terrible sleeper who struggles to fall asleep and wakes several times in the night) I go to bed at 9pm and wake about 7.30.
