Does anyone else have vivid dreams?

Every night?
Have done since pregnant with ds 9 years ago.Theyre like films and I can remember them the next day.

Sometimes, I don't enjoy them though. Some vitamins can cause this if you take them in the evening.

Yes all the time. I have been to some amazing dream places - but I find I'm not that refreshed in the morning as I feel like I've been busy all night.

Yes .I have been having them for the past few years and some are very upsetting .I am always exhausted after them.

Yes ,they really affect my mood during the day .They are never pleasant .
If i can remember sufficient detail i find it's easier to dispel the lingering feelings because i understand that the cause is fictional .

Me to. I have always dreamt but since starting Mirtazapine I dream up until the second my alarm goes off. Usually quite unpleasant dreams too. It is exhausting.
