Is anybody still waiting for this who applied when the applications opened for the 6-15 age group back in November?

Yes, I applied 2nd day it opened. I haven't received it yet. Tried to phone them and web chat but can't get through.

I did receive an email months ago staying that they received my application. Never heard anything since. The Nov ones should be processed by now. Frustrating that I can't contact them.

Hi, I would definitely recommend persevering and trying to get in touch with them as it's possible your application has been lost in the system.

I also applied on the second day it opened, got the confirmation text etc but then didn't hear anything. Finally managed to get someone on live chat early Feb and explained the situation. They confirmed that due to the large volume of applications, some had got lost. They just asked me to upload the confirmation text I'd got and they sorted it out that day. Got my back payment a few days after. Good luck!
