Burgers for tea…

Doing beef burgers for tea. Shop bought buns and burgers from the butcher.

Need inspo for toppings… bacon, egg, cheese…?!

Everyone likes different things in their burgers here. I usually roasted potato wedges and lemon pieces with peri peri salt, plus a plate of sliced gherkins, roasted red peppers, cheddar, Stilton, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, jalapeños and lettuce. Then next day whatever is left goes with lunch.

I have chutney, cheese, fresh red onion & lettuce with mine. Mine would be a meat free burger. With side of coleslaw and chips. Enjoy.

DD - maybe and under protest a bit of lettuce, Ketchup

DH - cheese, onion, bacon, lettuce, ketchup or BBQ sauce

me - bacon, lettuce, BBQ or mayo, depending on the meat

Oh and with the Brie either a chilli jam or tomato chutney with a bit of spice. With the blue cheese maybe some fried mushrooms and rocket
