I've got to have 2 teeth out tomorrow.
One on the top and one on the bottom.
Any tips to make my mouth heal quicker?
Anything I should do before the dentist?
I've never had a tooth removed before

schuessler salts - ferrum phosphoricum helps with healing stuff like this. may not be your thing or too late to get it. not in the loop where you can get them in the uk now.
apart from that you'll need ice pack for the first day or two to keep swelling down. dont rinse your mouth for three days, that could remove the blood clot that needs to form in the hole. dont suck or poke the hole for the same reason. avoid anything that raises bloodpressure for a couple of days. Be gentle on your body as it takes 4-6 weeks to heal after a tooth removal, rebuilding the tissues.

is it a back or a front tooth? my hole only just started to close around three week mark, had the very back /not wisdom/ tooth removed.

Good luck!
