Flight sock recommendations

Have a long haul flight next Monday. I’m 53, size 18 so I think I certainly should wear flight socks but last time they were itchy and dug in and seemed to be cutting off circulation which surely defeats the object? Can anyone recommend some comfy ones? Thanks

Unnecessary - DH is a pilot working mainly long haul and has never met a colleague that wears them, nor have they had any issues

I wear Physix compression socks from Amazon and really rate them. My legs felt great after flying to Oz and back in them (I have 4 pairs so I could change them at the stop over each way)

Thank you!
I’d wager your husband and colleagues are quite a bit fitter than me clipclop. Will look on Amazon Dibbler.

Boots do some nice ones. We have a lot as DH uses them to help control his varicose veins.

They might be unnecessary for Pilot Husbands of Clipclop5 etc. But they necessary to me as I have Factor V Lieden which can cause clotting.
