Does anyone have any idea how I can contact Uber Eats? I have a fraudulent transaction they are refusing to refund. I've contacted my bank for a chargeback who have said I have to wait 15 days and to keep trying Uber eats directly for a refund. I open up a case on the app and they close it without doing anything. I've been messaging on Twitter and they've said they won't reply to any further messages. I'm at a bit of a loss at how I can keep trying to contact them?
Also does anyone know if there is anything I can report this to, like an Ombudsman type of thing?
Basically they refunded me for an order 10 months ago, I ordered an Uber (taxi) the weekend and they charged me for the journey plus the amount they refunded me 10 months ago.
