Gift for tired, stressed new dad

My lovely friend has a new baby, and she's been unwell since birth with minor ailments. He's so tired and overwhelmed (and I imagine his wife, who I don't know- is too). I'd love to send him a little gift to cheer him up - ideally something both him and his wife could enjoy.

Does anyone have any ideas for a budget of about £30?

I agree a food delivery would probably be very gratefully received - sweet things can be a bit hit or miss with quite a few of the men in my life though. My DH would have much preferred something cheese/ meat/ alcohol based. Otherwise if you are at all nearby I'm sure babysitting would be the most gratefully received!
