Treadmill and walking desk

Anyone got a treadmill and walking desk?

I need to up my steps on my wfh days and this seems an easy way. I’m worried about:

  • actually working while walking any tips welcome
  • it’s a fad and it will gather dust after a few weeks

Anyone actually done this and paid out for it all?
Any recommendations for desks or treadmills?

I've got one. I tend to use it when I have a meeting I don't need to contribute to, so can have camera off. Or a webinar. I use headphones as otherwise it's harder to hear computer sound. On the whole I'm very happy with it but only use it 1-2 times a week at the moment for an hour each time

@TheBitchOfTheVicar thanks, that’s a good point I could use it when I’m in calls I don’t have to contribute loads too (I do tend to try and get stuff done in the back ground)

I meant mood.
As in. Angry, happy, sad, bored, anxious , etc but also write down your menstrual cycle

I used to eat and eat just because I was bored. Never realised that. And 1 week before my period I just want to eat everything so I had to make sure to eat loads of proper food.

I am just advising against buying a treadmill because most people end up using it for a short amount of time and then loose interest.

You should find something you like doing. So if you like to dance maybe look at some YouTube work out videos etc.

And change your mindset from: I need to loose weight to, I am on a journey to become healthier and happier.
