Is anyone currently doing this/has done this in the past that could give me an insight into how you found it. After a successful interview for telephonist/receptionist, I'll hopefully be starting my training in the next few weeks.

Do you generally find there are a lot of shifts available to book? Or is it really variable?

Have you applied to join or just thinking about it?

It depends on the Trust of course but they generally only do a recruitment drive when there are a lot of shifts available.

A lot of trusts are struggling to recruit at the moment so filling gaps with bank staff.
