I'm trying to get into a strict sleep pattern, which I think I'll find easier to do as the lighter mornings come in, so just curious as to how many hours others aim for each night, and what those hours are?
I'm 40 and work full time in an office based role. No young children, so up, showered, dressed, and out in 45 mins. But would like to try and incorporate maybe a 20 minute walk first thing each morning.
