Thomasland

Has anyone been to thomasland on a weekend? How are the queues? We had a great day a few years ago but that's not an option as my biggest one is school age, not so sure it would be so fun with big queues

There are queues in the morning but less as the day goes on. You will always have a longish queue for the troublesome trucks and (for some reason) Winston's whistlestop tour, but never any wait for the Blue Mountain trains, diesels, or Toby. The Jeremy ride and Harold have shortish queues which move quickly. By 3 o'clock people are leaving and we always got in a few goes on the trucks then.

Basically compared to other parks I find you always get your money's worth, and I would know because DS was massive Thomas fan for 3 years.
